Bring colour into your life

Home story with Sonja & Hanna

Come in: A hallway with vintage charm

The hallway creates a first impression of a flat. Sonja and Hanna love to combine different interior styles. That's why they incorporate three styles in their entrance area: Here, a sunny yellow 50s corner with a small country-style chest of drawers meets our used-look turquoise and beige Laury rug. The rug makes the entrance area more cosy and ensures that you immediately feel comfortable in your home. The runner shape fits perfectly in the narrow hallway.

Vivid Statements

Colourful rugs in the living room

Sonja and Hanna love their living room and spend most of their time there. They reveal how they set the scene with their colourful rug and how they create a calm ambience despite eye-catching furnishings.

Mid Century meets Art Déco

To combine personality and cosiness in their interior, Sonja and Hanna rely on the right balance between colourful eye-catchers and calm elements. Their statement pieces work particularly well with the light wall colour and clean sofa. An additional advantage of simple basics: the colourful elements can be easily changed according to your mood.

A clear highlight in this room is our Mandala rug in Art Deco style. The design attracts everyone's attention with its brilliant colours in shimmering Tencel. The clean lines of matt wool perfectly complement the linear style of the mid-century table. Our Nova pouf blends wonderfully into the overall picture in terms of colour, picks up on the shine of the rug and makes for more cosiness. A second colourful eye-catcher completes the look: the abstract painting on the wall by friend and artist Anna Julia Bodenmiller.

Relax with color

In Sonja and Hanna's large living room, there is a separate corner opposite the couch where they can read and relax. Sonja likes to put her feet up on her dark blue, velvety chaise longue and browse through magazines or books. Of course, the Ezra blanket in cream and Dave cushions in pink are also included for extra cosiness.

The couple opted for the Nela rug in dark green. With its oval shape, it clearly separates this area from the other side of the room, but also creates a connection to the opposite Mandala rug with its glossy viscose Shine.

Green dining room

Sonja and Hanna have opted for the colour green in their dining room. It is important to them to create a connection to nature, which they have a great view of through the large balcony window. That's why they not only chose a mint green wall colour, but also our Jade rug, which creates a natural flair in a soft grey-green. The colourful mix of chairs lend the dining room a special charm and go wonderfully with the couple's eclectic style.

Styling your home with color

This is what matters

Sonja and Hanna can no longer do without their colourful accessories in their home. These are part of their very personal interior style and show who they are. Their tip is to always create a simple balance and give the home a clear line. For them, it's the recurring, modern elements and the colour green, which runs through the entire home in different shades.
